1 Request a booking

You can go two ways to request a booking:

  • If you can’t find what you are looking for, fill out the contact form with the details of what you need and we will answer you as soon as possible with the options that fit the most.

2 Book and pay online

To close the reservation you must pay a percentage of this online, the rest you must pay when you arrive in Madrid. Our agents will send you a confirmation of the reservation payment and you will ensure the best price.

Prior to your arrival, we will send you the rental contract, which you must read before signing; the confirmation of payment and the arrival instructions by email. Remember to confirm your arrival time, you can check the entry times with our agents, check-ins outside work hours have an extra charge.

3 Check in

Everything ready? Once your arrival time has been confirmed, one of our DFLAT Madrid agents will wait for you on the floor to give you the keys to your new home.
